hmm sounds like a spring has busted inside your washer there and the diagnostic computer inside the washer was damaged so its not able to unlock its door....

the only thing to do is check that the water censor pipe is not blocked preventing the censor to tell the controller its finished the spin cycle this is a small 5mm pipe leading to wards the top of the machine take it off and blow gently down it you will hear a click and one when you release the air this means the censor is working but the small pipe where it came from is blocked clean the blockage with a pipe cleaner or similar replace the pipe eric

if it looks like a big yellow rubber band, it will stretch to fit being rubber if you heat it up by repeated quick stretching it will be easier to assemble

I'm only guessing here but it's possible the internal thermostat is broken and the oven is overheating {?} and triggering some built in safety switch that turns the oven off so it won't cause any damage. I suggest you call the company, or a local oven repair person. Letting us know if it is Gas or Electric may help too.
