The goal of this total system recovery is to revert the iPod to a stable, usable version. Before you use Recovery Mode, exhaust other troubleshooting methods. In some cases, Recovery Mode is triggered automatically after a failed system update or system restore. Downlaod-error messege when attempting to reset iPod classis
If when you have a new ipod and you connect it to a computer, if the first computer you connect it to is a mac, then that is the only type of pc it will work with after that. If you want it to connect it to a windows, you will have to restore it which will allow it to work with windows software. For some reason unknown, mac and windows have different loading software for the ipod and has to be re-installed with a restore before it can work with a different operating system. When it restores on your computer, check to make sure it has a strong internet connection. You should be able to restore after that.

Ipod not recognized by computer or itunes
I struggled with this issue for a while and finally found a post that helped me. Hold menu and the center buttons until the iPod turns off. Then, immediately hold the left and center buttons to pull up the iPod diagnostic menu. Scroll down to the option "Reset" and select it. My iPod was finally recognized by iTunes. Good luck :)
How to figure out my passcode for a a 80gb iPod please?
Question edited for clarity and spelling of 'figure'.
Question moved from Audio Players and Recorders.
You as the owner who set the code is the only one that can figure it out.
Connect it to your computer. Log into iTunes, and do a hard reset on it. That will scrub it clean and reload the operating system. Then you can Restore from back up with no passcode.
My left Fun7 AirPod is not charging nor working
1. Check your connections. If you suspect your AirPods case isn't charging, the most likely culprit is something preventing the charging connection, and that's most likely because the charging cable isn't inserted completely if you're using wired charging, the cable is damaged, or because the case isn't making good contact with the wireless charging base if you're charging wirelessly.
2. Take the cable out and reseat it to see if your charging light comes on. If not, try using a different cable. Or, if you're charging wirelessly, try using a wired charging connection.
3. Charge your AirPods case. If your AirPods case will charge, make sure it is completely charged. If it is completely charged, the charging light will turn green.

Music wont show on Ipod, but does on Itunes
Hi,
Please make sure that your music is in the proper format. It is best if it is in MP3 format. You can tell what format the music is in by right clicking on the music file and then clicking 'properties'. You can convert the files to MP3 by using the Media Player that comes with all windows computers. Hope that helps.

Tv shows on my ipod
Hi,
I think that when you down load the videos onto your ipod, you are using your iPod as a disk drive. They are on the drive just not where you can see them or view them.
When you do an import in iTunes, you tell iTunes where the videos are and tell iTunes to import the file or folder. You should be using the video tab in iTunes when you do an import. The videos should show up in your video list in iTunes. You then need to tell iTunes to sync your videos. You should then be able to see your shows on your iPod after the syncing is done. Hope that helps.
