There is a matrix missing, if all was OK before battery replacement, the keyboard has been damaged. Probably not ecconomical for apple to repair. Look for a complete keyboard for your exact model on fleabay and when you get it, try not to damage the cables again.

I would start by attempting too restart. If this does not fix it, open Disk Utility (Applications -> Utilities -> Disk Utility). From here click verify permissions and then verify disk. If either of those come up with errors, then click the corresponding solution (repair permissions or repair disk). This should solve any problems you are having, but if it does not, Insert the USB drive that your MacBook Air came with and reinstall the OS. Good Luck!

It's usually the inverter and not the backlight. You can replace it yourself, it's not that hard.

If you already have an Apple device such as iPhone etc. There is already an icloud for you but if not go to www.icloud.com and from there you should be ok to create your Apple icloud

Uninstall Quicktime I've tried following the steps here, but I can't seem to uninstall my version of Quicktime. I have a quicktime folder in my program files, but it doesn't appear in my "add/delete programs" screen accessed through the control panel. I also can't simply delete the entire quicktime file as one of the files gives me the "access denied" error and won't let me delete it.

So how do I get rid of this Quicktime program so I can try reinstalling itunes?

Try opening Safari and seeing if it works in there. If so, its firefox. if not, its quicktime. Try deleting the preferences for quicktime. in the finder go to: *your user folder*>Preferences>com.apple.quicktimeplayer.plist, com.apple.quicktime.plugin.preferences.plist.

Do you mean you play MOV files on your computer? There are some MOV players you can try, such as Leawo Blu-ray Player, DivX Player, 5KMPlyer and so on.

You probably don't have the right codec installed to play the videos you downloaded. Try installing Perian from http://www.perian.org/. This adds support for more types of videos.

If that doesn't work, try playing them with VLC: http://www.videolan.org/vlc/
VLC is a media player that supports nearly every format out there.

Audio book now appears in iBooks, not in iTunes as they used to do! Hope this helps! :)

I suggest you to install DivX on your system and play it. or play it by different player like real player or jet audio

I would plug a MAC compatible keyboard into a USB socket. Download the latest OS version. If that does not cure it, send it to a MAC authorised repairer for a new keyboard.

Try downloading and installing either of these two software, to play windows media file formats.

It will play. The trick is getting a blue ray player that's compatible. I use this one.

What format are you trying to cite it in? Are you talking APA format for a research paper? Usually it is cited by title and Network.

You should reinstall previous version and install again the latest version. Clean your mac using best mac uninstaller, remove unwanted files and make your mac fast.

1.Insert the Mac OS X Install CD or DVD.

2.Restart Mac, immediately after the bong, hold down the C key until the Apple logo appears.

3.When the Installer reaches the INTRODUCTION phase, click on Utilities at the top of the screen, and drop down to Disk Utility.

4.Click the First Aid tab.

5.Highlight the boot hard drive volume or partition.

6.Click Repair Disk.

7.Repeat steps 5 and 6 until the scan comes up all clean and good (and run it one more time).

8.Quit Disk Utility and the OS Installer and reboot.

9.Firewire Target Disk Mode is another option we should know about.
