Apple itunes
You have a situation where your phone needs to be recovered by plugging it into the computer where you sync it to iTunes. When you do this a prompt will come up on your computer that you have connected to an unidentified iPhone. It will ask you if you want to restore it from your last backup, or initialize it as a new iPhone. I recommend that you restore to the last backup, so you don't have to go to the iTunes and App Store to reinstall all your apps. The bad news is that if you have never backed up to a computer, your journey to recover your digital life is going to be difficult.

Sending itunes music in email message
newipoduser1 ... unfortunately your solution will not likely work.
It's not generally a good idea to email such large files (your typical song is about 3-5MB in size). It would be best to try and load your music files onto a USB flash drive and attempt the transfer to another computer that way. I realize your USB port is read-only (is this because it's a corp. owned machine?) but perhaps you can give it a try and see. Failing that, I would maybe try to "burn" the music files to a CD. BEWARE! Make sure you burn them in their mp4, AAC or mp3 format as files and not as music. (Same is true for USB transfer)
NOTE: if the machine you're using is a corporate machine I would recommend NOT downloading any more songs from iTunes to that machine. Besides corporate security policies, it's important to know that Apple allows you to "share" the AAC music files among 5 devices, this includes computers, iPods etc. Each machine you load those files to will be recognized by Apple when you sign into iTunes. If the machine in question is a friend's, have them grant read/write rights to the USB port and you won't need to go thru all the steps above. A simple sync of the iPod will do the trick!
Good luck and welcome to the wonderful world of iPods!
I need to transfer some photos and videos from my
First you need to authorize your PC with your iTunes account with iTunes if you haven't already done so. With your iPhone connected to iTunes and without syncing, at the iTunes menu bar go to File and select Transfer Purchases From - the name of your iPhone.<br>

I charged it up until it said 100%, then used it all up until it shut down again. And then I charged it til 100% and then depleted it again. Repeat over 2 weeks and your battery life should get back to normal. It worked for me and now my iPhone works better than ever!
