Oil capacity on rmw 2.2g24
4.5 ounces
Changing the oil in the pumps is not required but if you need to then Ar makes its own oil for the RMW pumps. #64545
Low Pressure
Very little info to go on here. Could be a valve issue or a packing issue or an unloader issue. If it has been sitting for any length of time which tends to be the case, then an unloader valve is most likely the culprit. Good luck
How to get shaft out of grkv4g35 pump?
If you look where this pump is connected to the shaftthere should be a set screw on there. Also, the factory sometimes neglects to put antiseize on the shaft. As the shaft turns is creates heat and causes fusion between the metals from the shaft and pump...they get stuck together. Since you are removing the pump I assume it is no longer any good. So if you break it getting it off its no loss. Start by using a torch and heat up the pump side of the shaft...NOT THE SHAFT FROM THE ENGINE. Also take some PB Blaster in hand as you heat it up. Let it soak in and take a crowbar to it. This is only for extreme cases where it is severely stuck together. You should be able to remove the set screw and pull this off with a little work. Good luck!
I replaced water seals and now i have an oil leak. however i have good pressure
I don,t nothing by the brand of this pressure washe but i think there is also a large round oil seal is maybe broken or is not good or ring is not in his seat. but a cuff-kit has most times has not the 3 oil seals on the pump cover under the brass pumphouse this are the first rings simmer rings but before you have no problems with oil leak , are they not forget ? look carefully on the image of the cuff-kit or on the site of the brands models spares . if the brass pumphouse was released then you have replace the 3 simmer rings oil seals yet.
Why doesnt my powerwasher pump out water
check for a blocked jet in the end of the wand ( squashed hoses or blocked hose to the wand)
the blocked jet has the same affect as not pulling the trigger and the pressure regulator bypasses the water back into the pump
Where to put oil in AR RMV2.5G30? How much?
According to the Briggs&Straton website, their model 020309-03 (-03 being the revision number) which uses the RMV2.5G30 pump states this.DO NOT attempt any oil maintenance on this pump. The pump is pre-lubricated and sealed from the factory, requiring no additional maintenance for the life of the pump. LINK:http://bsintek.basco.com/BriggsDocumentDisplay/gfoutGXAnfBhU7y.pdf However, to find the oil reservoir:If you look at that models parts listLINK:http://bsintek.basco.com/BriggsDocumentDisplay/gfhsuKXDnfBhU7y.pdfYou will see the exploded view of the die-cast section of the pump which mounts directly to the output shaft of the engine. On the front of that section where the brass manifold mounts, there is a plug located in the center where the oil is held. I think it holds about 2.2 OZ of non detergent non foaming high pressure pump oil.WARNING:The maker of this pump has this to say about recommended oil.LINK:http://www.arnorthamerica.com/faq/oil.htmlThere is also a phone number at that link if you have any questions. All links located at:http://www.briggsandstratton.com/us/en/support/manuals/results?NTT=020309-03
