Were is serial number on amt night vision

You may have a unit that does not have a serial number if nothing is embossed on the unit, their website indicates not all are going to have a serial number.http://www.atncorp.com/

Amt accel carraige error

most likely your main board is done. You can attempt to clean (with IPA) the carriage bars and reoil the front bar only. Open the back and look at the main board. look on the gold heat sink for burnt drivers.

HOW DO I ADJUST THE TOP OF PAGE FOR A FORM?

when the paper loads, the top of form is then set., If the printer is not setting this or the paper just feeds through when loading paper, go into the test menu, select pcalib and make sure no paper is in the printer. aslo make sure the printer is not in direct sunlight. this will reset your paper detection circut and therefore your tof "alignment"

Not sure what you mean by "realign" but you can try under the test menu select pcalb. make sure there is not paper installed and the printer is not in direct sunlight.

Crc card read error

This is usally a problem with the way the card is put into the reader. attempt to reseat the card. try putting the card all the way in a nd back it off a little bit (pull it up slightly). attempt this a couple of times putting the card in different positions each time. if thei does not work, your card or the eeprom on the board are bad and need to be replaced.

enter the hidden menu. press setup and scroll to end #52. press and hold form align and config. scroll to 58 gap adjust lower the number the closer the gap is.

The printer will not feed

platten driver on board most likely is bad. the driver the on the brass colored heatsink and is the one to the far right. With a multi meter set to ohms, check the diodes in front of the far right driver. Resistance shoud be real high on each one if on is low, replace driver. IC is a L298

AMT 6350 printer. 'error' light

Perform "Pcalib". Under the test menu select pcalib. Insure the printer has no paper installed and is not in sunlight. This should fix it.

real easy Mike. Dump Reynolds and call ADP. The driver that was installed is incorrect. Also try contacting AMT for a current driver.
