Reset Lock Screen Password or PIN on Your Fire Tablet

1. From the lock screen on your Fire tablet, enter the wrong password or PIN five times.
2. Choose Reset Your PIN from the on-screen notification.
3. Enter your Amazon account password, then tap Continue.
4. Enter a new PIN or Password, then tap Finish.

1. Swipe down from the top > Settings (gear icon) > Apps & Games > Amazon Application Settings > Weather > turn on Local Weather.

English only please on this North American website please. You can just ASK Alexa! Change the Time Format on Your Echo Dot with clock. Say "Change to 24-Hour clock". Use the Alexa app to change the time format on your device.

1. Open the Alexa app .
2. Select Devices .
3. Go to Echo & Alexa, or to All Devices.
4. Select your Echo Dot with clock device. This opens device settings.
5. Under General, select LED Display.
6. Turn 24-Hour Clock on or off.

I would reset the router and kindle, copy in the router code and ensure the internet is available.

Enter the Router code first.

Which model do you have? Only some models had a microSD card slot. For the Kindle Fire 2015, the card slot is on the upper right hand side. To access it, you need to carefully pry up the slot cover with a finger nail or small flat blade screwdriver. The cover should rotate with one side (top) still connected. To eject the microSD card, you need to press it down with a finger nail or screwdriver. Then it should pop up. Pull it out carefully. I hope this helps. Cindy Wells
