Do you mean you no longer have the cord or the connection either the cord or kindle is damaged? If it's a bad cord most any USB cord will fit it. Then either get an adapter to plug into wall or just plug into the USB port on your computer. If you've damaged the port on the Kindle itself contact customer service for help.

log onto amazon.com and click help. Then click on device support. in left column you'll see contact us. Click there and fill out info about problem. You can get answer emailed but I recommend the call back service. Usually doesn't take long and they will talk you through the problem.
