In simple terms... if the drain for the a/c begins at 5 feet, it can drop down to 2 feet and then rise back up to 4 feet 11 inches (if need be) and then out. Essentially creating a "p trap" just like
a sink or toilet. In the business we are taught to always make sure the water makes it outside. Run the drain, run the unit, make sure it makes it out!!! Check the GFI plug where it plugs into the wall and reset it. Also, plug something else into that plug to make sure you didn't pop the circuit breaker

You said in another post that the error was c7. That means evaporator freeze. Too cold. That could be lack of air flow, bad sensor, ice on the coils.

Use a volt meter and measure all the wires voltage, the one you need should be able to be located that way.

check to see if the compressor on the outdoor unit is running, if so it could possibly have a refrigerant leak or faulty 4 way valve

probably from the outside fan check for leaves touching the fan blades or unbalance caused by a mud wasp nest on a bade ( back side of a blade )

You should have a switch the door hits to cycle the light on and off. Open the door and press the switch with your finger. If the light stays on, your switch has failed
