I have not come across this my self, but are you editing from another pc ? as if you are using windows xp with say version 1.0 text, and the file is windows not xp version 3.0 they are not compatible. would need a compatible windows text. text has gone way up from xp with key icons etc so even if you are not using them the file will have the information it it. arabic and other countries key settings as you have said you have tried different key pads and still the same, the software adobe uses is what you are set as.but you could also have different keyboard settings installed into the pc and this can mix match as that is 5 different keyboard layouts. check your keyboard settings and make a default setting to your area. and see if this helps the problem but like i say the systems have change on from windows xp

maggie57, I also have the same problem, but I have discovered a workaround. Use the spacebar to select/deselect individual items in the field chooser.

Just visit Adobe and ask them for help with the activation. If you bought the suite, they surely will help.

Contact software manufacturer or distributor and they will assist you

the document shald work if it in adobe format

That means the program has some bugs.
