Usually with stuff like that they are too small too fix. Your best bet is to find someone around you that has the tools to put it back on or to replace the actual piece. Or can try asking at glasses stores to see if that could fix it, but if you don't have the piece it could be difficult. If you don't have the piece then you should just replace the glasses because it is hard to find the same exact piece. Also if these glasses are prone to having that particular piece fall of you should invest in different glasses.
