Whether it's a *.pdf file or not, as soon as 1 programme can display the content of the manual, the same programme should be able to print it. e.g. print from adobe accrobat reader directly. Otherwise install the "open office" suite (costs 0) to open the manual file. that software should be able to print the content. (make sure the printer is correctly installed on your system.) If android device The only possible solution is to perform a Hard Reset. You will need to do the following: NOTE: This will delete all apps and data

• turn off device

• press and hold the following:

power button volume button (up/down or both) home button (if any) or look for a reset hole or button

• release buttons when you see the logo

• choose recovery mode (some will already be in the recovery mode menu)

• choose wipe data/Factory Reset

• choose yes--delete user data
• device will reboot or will ask you to reboot.

download a cooling fan on your phone type from playstore.

Get the last pass app. It will safely store all of your sign in data and can make up passwords for you and will remember them and auto fill if you want to. Try charging it with a USB cable in your PC. If that doesn't work, it is your battery or connector.

Take it back in to where you bought it. They set it up in demo mode so they should be able to tell you how to turn it off. You can also go to the manufactuer's website and get the number for tech support and they will help you. They want a satisfied customer. Also if the tablet has phone capability like ATT or Verizon they can help get it out of demo mode.
