The pin inside the charger port might be broken. Look in the hole where you put the USB (on the device) there should be a tiny flat tongue sitting in the middle, if it's bent and touching the inside of the hole, it will need repairing. It's a very common fault. You might be able to temporarily fix it yourself by trying to straighten it with a tooth pick. It's supposed to slot inside the micro USB plug.

time to get a new one; the screen is out. It will cost less to buy one than get a screen for that one. Sorry

I don't think it has split screen capability.

go into settings and look for personalisation the change your background if that dosent work its probably on night mode or you have it on auto set

Press and hold the home key. All open screens should pop up and allow you to close them. You may have a close all options that comes up..depends on the android version

The app determines if it can be stored on an SD card . Any tablet that has sd card capabilities will permit you to store any app with that option.
