Battery not charging, how to I reset it?
If thelaptop battery is more than 3 - 4 years old then the battery could be worn out.Rechargeable batteries have a finite number of charge and discharge cycles andwill lose their charge capacity over time, i.e. won't charge to 100% andgradually the charge reduces until the battery won't charge up at all. OR Thebattery shows a 100% charge but when the adapter is disconnected the batterydrops off to zero capacity in a very short time. If the battery drops to anunacceptable charge level then the battery needs to be replaced.

Hi i want to connect
If your trying to make calls on your pc and it says failed due to sound problem, try using a set of headphones and a microphone instead. That should solve your issue.

The mauve jack should be the input where the picture of the microphone is. That is your mauve input jack.

I have the sonic gear
First click on the arrow next to the clock area on the bottom right side of your screen and find the volume control. Click on volume control to open it up. Slide the volume control up. If this does not solve your problem, please continue.Go to your control panel. Click on classical view so you are able to see all catagories. Find sounds and click on it. Check each area to make sure you have chosen desktop speakers, then enable windows default sound and click on the test button. If this does not solve your issue, contact me. My expert name on Fixya is kndkcook. You can also use the reply or comment link next to your question to report progress or ask additional questions.

No sound on my acer
Look for two speaker icons on the laptop keyboard. Locate the right side one (not the left one).
Press and hold the 'Fn' key on the bottom row. Press the above mentioned key several times to increase the volume.
Tell us what happens.
Good luck!

I plugged the speaker but
check your control panel>sound and devices>audio, you must see an option that state your sound device, if you don't have that option their might probably a problem with your sound driver.
