give me the idea to download Acer S2W 3300U software.

got to the web site for the scanner manufacturer select down load for that model and select win 7 os down load and run Microsoft no longer supports win 7 so the scanner driver will not be listed in win 7

while i am trying to scan the images .. i am getting the error code like Code[ffff:0024] while warming up the scanner, besides a sound from the scanner making it power off (light inside the scanner goes off ) so that i could not get scanned anything ... what will be the reason ? please suggest me the trouble shoot kaarthik

Try Updating USB drivers for PC if usb connection on scanner check device manager as a previous scanner may be sitting in ther scanner list and remove it and try again to get windows to detect it.

While I am trying to scan the images, I am getting the error Code[ffff:0024] & I am unable to scan anything from Epson 1500 model. While I switch on the scanner, it sounds lot from the scanner for continuous 2 minutes. I couldn't get scanned anything ... please

the scanning software could not be found, or your scanner is not connected. please make sure you scanner and your scanning software are properly installed
