Usually this happens due to either virus or network misconfiguration.Ensure that all systems are running free of virus.First close down all systems and remove them from network. On the rear of the M464, lower right hand side, there is an odd shaped black plastic piece, pull this off and that will reveal a flat metal tab, slide it to the bottom of the machine and hold it there while you pull the side cover off.

Remove the case facia, it's a bit tight so pull firmly but gently.Then release the green quick fit clip and you can slide the drive out.

The acer veriton m460 has three faulty capacitors. Check and see if you have bulgy capacitors. I have ten of these computers and all have three blown capacitors.

I would say your motherboard has gone bad due to excessive heat. Of absolutely nothing displays after power is on, not even a POST, then it is the motherboard.
