wiper switch problem wiper workes only when you put the wiper switch and the turning signal switch to the right turn Short in the arm. Change the wiper/turn signal lever.

wiper does not move Check wiper fuse, if that checks out then either the wiper motor went out, or there is a problem with the wiper regulator/ mechanisim that the wiper motor turns to move wipers.
