turbo. It leaks oil from the oil filter cap. I replaced the gasket when I changed the oil and oil filter, but it still leaks. What should I do? There are so many people out there with the same problem

...the firewall and the other hose connects to the turbo valve.On my engine the hose was leaking and my turbo had zero boost.I replaced the leaking portion of the hose and my car is like a rocket

...Unless the turbo is right above the starter and has a extremely bad leak that was leaking directly onto the starter but even then I don't think it would cause the Starter to suddenly stop

turbo on 99 saab 95T is leaking oil and burning oil alot of miles on it? add some oil additive such as lucas engine oil treatment and fix leak..most likely seal or valve cover gasket
