E100 and all of a sudden it stopped communicating properly to my computer. When I connected it and selected "power and data" it did not go to its usual "usb connection" screen, but to its usual "play"

... But now I am unable to hook it up with my Laptop and transfer music. When i plug in its cable , it starts up and then shows only two options i.e power and Power n Play. Any1 know how to solve this ...
