My sister bought her blackberry off ebay. She

sim card out to put a new one in now she's getting a message saying to reset her mep code. Now the phone won't work.what is she suppose to do now? I think unlock codes will use for your mobile problem

...sim had a problem * also check the signal stability if its ok... might get some network failure if its dropping or the mobile itself has the problem... * lastly,try to reset the phone so all settings ...
