Setting Time & Date Can't seem to get the time and date set on this watch. No instruction manual cant set time and date

hOW DO i SET THE DATE AND TIME ON A CASIO G - SHOCK WATCH? I need help. pull the trigger up and start seting clock just like the regilar system.
