SanDisk Sansa Clip freezes I got a new Sansa Clip and when I turn it on it just freezes on the SanDisk Sansa logo screen. I tried holding the power on/off key down for 20 seconds but that didn't work.

SanDisk Sansa Clip is stuck on connected. I ejected it but when I pulled it off, the Sansa Clip screen just says Connected, but it's obviously not doing anything. BTW, I have an iMAC if that matters. ...
