cord. Just buy similar to hardware store and put it to your iron. It's simple to replace and you have to have a analog tester to be able to test the cord without plug-in to AC wall voltage. Thanks

your own question, simply disassemble the unit to remove the old cord and do an internet search or check local hardware stores for a replacement cord. This is much easier than posting on here for help
