What mileage do I need to replace a 2003 mitsubishi outlander timing belt/chain 60,000 Miles - it's a belt and it's an interference engine!

replace it when the main timing belt is replaced, because it may be behind it. It is even hard to argue the radiator flush, but $100 seems like a lot to run a hose though it and refill the antifreeze.
