how much r134a? Depending on how poorly the a/c is cooling, I usually start with 2 cans of refrigerant and one can of oil/conditioner.

...find a cap that covers the low pressure port .. thats where you would fill with new refregerant (r134a) .. if you buy r134a, you can also get a filler hose and gage.. that hose will only hook up

how many grams of r134a will it take as it has no plate with the info Usually it will take 2 or 3 cans of 134a to charge a typical American car's or light truck's a/c system. There are about 454 grams

Top or bottom, which is the low pressure port on the ac comp for a 1984 ranger v6? R12 system the smaller (diameter) port is the low pressure side, same as R134a.
