my new elite 2.5 popcorn maker is not popping all the kennels tried quite a few times. It leaves about half the kennels in the bottom of the tray Try not to put too many in at a time.

and it doesn't seem to be getting hot enough to pop popcorn. It's burn the kernels in stead. Hi Mark this might seem like a silly question but what steps are you taking and are you using oil or butter
