Where is the onboard OBD II connector ? In the cab or under the hood. The OBD II Connector is located left of the steering column, at the bottom of dashboard just above the E-Brake Pedal.

Where exactly is the OBD II connection? should be under the drivers side of the dash. You don't need to remove any panels.
