the front, buy two new front tires or back, two new back tires. Check on the side of the tire and check periodically to make sure the pressure is good. It says on the side what it should be, good luck

the tires when spin balancing them. If there is, then change any of the 'bad' tires with new good tires. I recommend goodyear or michelin for initial tire quality and performance, too. Hope this helps
