...up wrong? try pressing the reset button. i have a jensen vm9311 and when i turn my car on it says mute and the screen wont open, does anyone know how to fix

My mute button will not go off on my deck. Every thing works fine on my deck. Just cant hear music comeing out of it. it's saying that it is on mute. so i push the mute button and all i hear is a beep
