Iam getting the duplex paper jam error 371 each time i try to print . how do imake the error go. i dont use the duplex at all.

manual on how to remove a duplex paper jam. If you can't find a paper jam in the duplexer, simply remove the duplex assembly (power off the printer, then power on) and see if that resolves your issue.

oki 2633 fatal error 72 copier stops in the middle of a job without a misfeed or anything and throws a fatal error 72db or 72ee. Every board related to logic has been replaced. Try a new cable.
