Hp 5550 inkjet and when I turn it on all the light s come on and the paper feed and power lights blink at the same time. What is the deal? remove the 2 ink catridge and cover it back you will see only

5550 has the light blinking that "looks" like a drop of ink. does this indicate out of ink? i was able to print one page prior to this light and it wasn't faded at all. http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf
