ie blinking....wilit be a display problem ? make adjustints in control panel for auto hide task bar. if the problem is still there than that us the awnsere. if its not when bar is hidden adjust pixels

Picture screen went out how do I fix it need more info. Brand, Model# Serial#, any response from unit at all...ie...lights (&color of) coming on or blinking.
