try slacken the filler cap to rule out a blocked tank vent, if no better replace the fuel filter in the tank, if no better you will have ti remove the carb and clean the filer under the pump diaphram

fuel filer. replace it, if one of those bronze cone things on the tank nipple, cut it off and put an inline filter on the fuel, take the carb bowl off, clean the float and needle, then reassemble all.
