2000 Dodge Ram 5.2 (78,000 miles) Drives well! No check engine light or codes. Won't pass emissions test. Showing O2 Oxy heater incomplete. How to fix?

2004 Dodge Ram 1500 5.7 hemi 4x4 full crew cab loss of power & cuts in and out while driving thru town

fix last , not now. P0405= EGR main valve bad, it must not stick open NOW! or needs cleaning now. P0404= EGR failed. if EGR sticks open for sure at hot idle the engine will run super rough and misfire
