Question about 1991 GL 1500 Aspencade Gold Wing

bulbs one when on low beam and a second bulb when on high beam. Neither bulb is working at this time could they both have failed at the same time? Not sure how to troubleshoot if it is not the bulb. @

burned or shorted, then its faulty bulbs and need replacing.If bulbs checked out ok then its faulty switch.Check for 12 volts at the switch to confirm the fault.------ This should help.Thanks.Helpmech
