turbo,hole in tube between intake manifold and turbo,or a fault with the fuel system and injectors. diesels often do like this, esp when accelerating sharp, but if you can distinguish it from most 407
no no gasoline has no lubricating qualities and will damage pump and injectors also lower cetane rating of diesel.regards agwbk check the ignition system on ur ford. may be that's needed to be changed
