hello i just bought a 1996 ford thunder bird with 3.8 V-6 and wondering if you know where the oil drain plug is ? It is on the bottom corner of the oil pan.

oil pan having to put oil in it once a week could be the gasket around the the oil pan It could be the oil pan gasket or the front seal behind the harmonic balancer(which is quicker and easier to fix)

changing oil in 1990 ford thunderbird... where is the oil pan plug located? On the bottom of the oil pan. There may even be 2 oil drain plugs, at least there were in the late 80's models.
