...changing o-ring might as well replace cartridge, get cartridge form same place you get o-ring, cartridges are supposed to be free (depending on hardware store) ...someone there should be able to help ...

washer faucet Probably what you need to do is change the cartridge. You will need a Moen cartridge puller to help with removal and reinstallation. You can get these and the cartridges at most hardware
