trunk not opening With a can of WD-40 place the red plastic tube in the lock. Give it a slight spray. Remove the plastic tube, place your key in the lock and rotate back and forth. 

open it from the outside I tried the key -- now it won't come out. It moves and turns but appears like it hits something and won't release I recommend spraying a penetrating oil (WD40)
