hard to turn withwheel on pe770 mechine is sewing it stops . I raise the foot to rethread needle , it is hard to tun wheel to raise needle It's bound up with broken threads.. clean the bobbin area

makes funny noise from bobbin and shreds upper thread I would replace the needle, check for lint in the bobbin, or see if the thread hook just before the needle is holding the thread properly.
