timing marks are aligned were they should be and the cam marks are aligned when you install the head so as not to have  to turn the motor much until you get all the timing marks properly lined up

Working on a 01 bmw x5 4.4i need the timing chain marks. There are no marks for the chain to set up. a special tool is to align the camshaft and crankshaft, add to it an OHM Meter . good luck
