Question about 23 cu. ft. / 651 liter Commercial Freezer T-23F

I have a True T 23f freezer that I know needs a

new defrost timer. My problem is finding the right one. The only numbers I can see on the timer are 8141-00B and 345-00. I can also see it's marked 2hp 40a. I can't find a part diagram for the freezer
