Question about Combi® BC-142G Stainless Steel Gas Double Oven

Temp not stable. temp jumps from 480 to 450 and

temp not stable. temp jumps from 480 to 450 and with-in a couple seconds it jumps back to 480???? SOUNDS LIKE YOU HAVE A FAULTY TERMOSTAT REPLACE IT AND YOUR OVEN SHOULD WORK FINE.
