liftgate will not unlock on yukon check ECC 10 AMP fuse I had the same problem. Took it in and they had to replace the rear door/cargo door actuator and latch to the tune of $400.

what could be the problem with this fuse it keeps blowing off is the liftgate fuse. it controls the lock in the rear door and the rear window on the drivers side short to ground in the circuit
