How do i get a picture thru component 2 so i can get 1080i quality. i only get a picture thru component 1. You would need to unplug the input cables in the TV and move them to component 2 on the back.

you turn it on?? If ur tv is a HDTV.HD tv signal u don't turn it on u have it or not.Check ur tv imcomming broadcasting signal like 1080i or 1080p.u can get that signal,if ur tv in HD broadcasting
