My 52 ince screen stopped showing picture. It is just red, or yellow or green with thin vertical lines. I can hear that the channels are changing but no picture. Is there a reset button or something?

To reset the tv to factory/ default settings, please follow below procedure.
Turn On the TV, while holding down Up Arrow on the remote control, press Power button on TV, tv will turn itself Off then back On again, release Up Arrow on remote control.
This procedure will reset all settings in tv to default settings.
Problem seems with lcd panel and I'm afraid it does not seems to get solved by resetting tv however try to reset tv by above said procedure.

Hi, I tried the up arrow and tv power buttons combo on the remote but the tv did not reset itself. Is there another way of doing it or I may have done something wrong ?
