Remove front kick plate at bottom of the machine and see if there is a filter behind it. If not you need to remove lower back panel from machine, then remove sump hose, (Large black hose situated under tub) To remove this you may need grips for removing the retaining clamp.Although on some machines it may be a large jubile clip
take out small either blue or green filter from detergent drawer where you would normaly put the liquid softner and run it under hot water tap my guess is that the small pipe within is clogged this should clear it
press and hold on off button till the display panel lights up.Then press and hold the on/off button and the start /cancel button together. You will now reset the washing machine settings. And just pick your cycle again
Hi.
I would check the inlet hose from the bottom of the soap dispenser where it goes into the drum for a soap blockage.
undesolved powder can build up here and prevent the water entering the drum
You can access this hose by removing top cover.
the hose is on the left side front.
This should solve your problem.
Please leave feed back.
Thanks.
remove bottom rear panel. you will see a large diameter hose going from tub to pump. undo this hose at the tub end - lots of water will come out. filter is inside this hose. remove and clean
The next step should be the pump out. If it is not pumping check your pump filter for obstructions. Check the drain hose and also your drain in the wall. If all are clear you may have a bad pump. You should have an error code coming up when the machine stops also, please let me know what it is. Thanks and I hope I can FixYa.

Remove the white plastic cover on the back near the bottom. To the right as you look at it their will be a black concertina pipe with a hose clip on its top edge. Undo this and pull the pipe downwards to reveal the filter. There will be a plastic ball inside (which is supposed to be there) remove this and clear out the cr*p.
