My husband wore his Seiko watch swimming #7T62-OASO . Water got in and ruined the mechanism. Is it possible to get the mechanism replaced?

Hello. I have a Seiko 7t62 ojpo chronograph. The small second hand will run for about 20 minutes then stops. As a result, the main minute and hour hands stop working. Everything else works. Any ideas?

You have a fairly premium watch and some versions are more premium than others. Your watch clearly needs attention and that should be entrusted to a Seiko dealer or to the manufacturer. Once the case has been opened the sealing must be retested to ensure it meets specification. If this isn't done as part of the repair or service or battery fitting there is little point in having a watch with such a high specification.

Hi there, can you look on the back of the watch for the model number. It should be similar to 7T62-0AC0 - I can then tell you which battery you require -

I need a manual for a Pulsar watch calibur #7T62

Pulsar are made by Seiko and support can be obtained from their web site. (The number your quoted is a Seiko number- all Pulsar models seem to start with two or three letters).

Put "www.seiko.co.uk/support/instructionbooklets" into you search engine and you should come to the Seiko instructions list. Scroll down to find your watch and download the instructions.
