My name is Joe Ritchie, i have a GXMP-556 which is not working at the moment. I tried switching on the GXMP-556 but it goes to loading and gets hang. I have tried resetting the device the button provide behind the device but still no use. Could you please help on this as it is a gift that i got from my father and he is no more.

Two hot wires from the panel go to "line" and two wires from motor go to "load". See the diagram on the inside of the door. You should consider running the "load" to a 220 wall switch and then to the motor so you can turn it off quickly if necessary without fooling with the timer.

If the timer hangs at points in the wash cycle, and you can manually advance, then the timer continues to run or runs shortly before hanging again, then the timer is bad and needs to be replaced.

Have you tried installing firmware for router again? Could be a glitch in the firmware.
Give your network card a Static IP address, gateway and set dns to router's IP? Found that some times this happens on auto asign.
If tried all above take in to repair centre phisical hardware problem or replace it.
