I have sound but none when logging on to windows

sounds like your facebook account has been hacked by someone.

Plug in a usb keyboard to get in and perhaps perform some diagnostics on your keyboard.

You need to turn the speakers off on your computer so both built in and external. You can use mute if your computer has it. Go into control panel and look for sound. There you can mute it.

Assuming that you mean the Windows log in password, try using blank (none) as password (otherwise at the log on screen hit "enter"). If this doesn't work log on at the administrator's account. To do this if you can see the administrator's icon click on it and use blank (none) for password again. If you can't see the administrator's icon, hit ctrl+atl+del TWICE and type as user "administrator", blank (none) for password and hit enter. After you log on as administrator change your user's account as you wish and you are ready to go.

It apears that you have a driver missing. I suspect there is none as XP does not support newer machines. Have a look just in case by logging on to the manufacturer's web site, usually one is able to download if available, by model number, All available Driver downloads as required.

If the driver is not available, perhaps your manufacturer does not support the OS you are installing.

This is the best way of ensuring up to date drivers for your system and they are free of charge!

could be a problem with your Windows OS and you may need reinstalling it. But do try to connect the keyboard in another USB port, try booting in Safe Mode and if none works, verify the keyboard works on another computer. If it does, enter the BIOS of your desktop system, then look for an option related to legacy USB and try to disable it if available. If none found, reset your BIOS to default settings and try the keyboard again in Windows. If none works, try to repair or reinstall Windows specially if another keyboard has the same issue when connected to your computer

dont know this game - but if you log into mastertronics .com they might just be able to help or check game box as most of them come with a surport web page that should help you solve the problem.
